A well-defined hotel concept, enabling it to fit into current market trends and the most prospective segmentation, is the basis of a hotel’s success. The concept also needs to be adjusted to an investor’s financial possibilities and the location (property or already exisiting buildings).

Part of this stage also entails the preparation of a design brief.
